Pricing FAQ
What counts as a conversation?
A conversation is one chat session started by a visitor on your website. It can contain multiple messages. Each new session opened by a visitor counts as one conversation toward your monthly limit.
What happens if I exceed my conversation limit?
On paid plans, you can choose how to handle overages. You can manually purchase add-on blocks of conversations (+500 for $5 or +1000 for $10), or you can enable "Auto-pay" to automatically cover overages at $0.01 per conversation with a configurable safety limit. If no overage option is selected, new conversations will be paused until the next billing cycle. You will receive email warnings at 80% usage.
Can I just stay on the Starter plan and pay for overages forever?
Yes, but for high volume, upgrading is more cost-effective. The Starter plan provides 2,000 conversations for $49 ($0.024/conv). If you consistently need 5,000+ conversations, the Growth plan ($99 for 5,000) provides a better rate than paying for add-ons.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. You retain access until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees.
Is there a free trial?
We offer a free-tier plan with up to 100 conversations per month, no credit card required. Paid plans do not have a free trial, but you can cancel or downgrade at any time to avoid future billing.
Do you offer annual billing?
